Flex is in pain that United won, whether he is right for wanting ETH gone or not, lets be honest, the players are just as much to blame if not more. How are you 3-0 up with half an hour to go,the manager takes of junior/teenage players and brings on experienced players who are international's as well for their country,and our overall game play is worse. Howwww? It is an absolute disgrace what some of these players are doing. We have a big must win game on Wednesday in the league,any logical manager would have taken off his better players to rest them for the big game with the thought that the game had already been won,or at least hoped that the "fringe" players,who like i mentioned,are still international's for their countries, would see the game out against a mid table lower division team with half an hour to go.

You're forgetting that Ten Hag has been making these terrible decisions since literally his first game in charge. Eventually any and every player is going to put their head down with how he's managing. The signings have been terrible. The man management has been terrible. The tactics have been terrible. The subs have been terrible. The in game management is the worst I have ever seen in football. This crop of players can and should do much better just by showing up. It's up to the manager to have the plan, the vision, and get the players to play. He has not shown that he can do any of that at all. An absolute novice could get more from these players. At the end of the day, if he keeps doing the same thing over and over, it's on him.
Rashford should be dropped. Antony should NEVER see the first team roster. Mainoo shouldn't be left to fend for himself. McTominay shouldn't be in the starting 11. These are alllllll Ten Hag decisions, and there's 100 more we could list.
Think about this again, it's been this way since DAY ONE under Ten Hag. Fuck last season. Absolute fluke, abysmal football, and a crap shoot tournament trophy. This is the exact same thing we've seen since his first match in charge. Zero change. The injuries are not an excuse, we were coin flips away from this very same thing with a full strength side last year.

I don't know if anyone else raised thus already. But, I noticed an odd Ten Hag moment just before they took the field for extra time. He seemed to be having a few quiet moments of introspection, hard to tell if he was angry or not as he has a perpetually stern look upon his face.
What struck me was his stillness vs the nervous energy of everyone else. He literally stood between two loosely grouped United players who were catching their breath, taking in liquids and talking tactics (whatever you do at that time) with the other coaches and each other. He didn't attempt to join or speak to anyone and no one spoke to him.
Not one United player caught his eye to say anything or smile. In fact it looked to me like they were all avoiding eye contact, odd as I am used to seeing engagement, a flurry of activity, manager, coaches geeing the players up, encouraging them and imparting last minute words of encouragement and directions. He looked isolated...
The dressing room is a vipers nest. The players clearly hate each other and don't get along and Ten Hag probably hates them all aswell.
3-0 winning against a championship team, second half manger takes off his two best players due to game on Wednesday (already have unreal injuries) and puts on two INTERNATIONAL players. This is NOT on Ten Hag. If anything he’s taken us to yet again another FAcup final. But the PLAYERS. Only thing I can put on Ten Hag is stop backing Rashford. He needs to be benched. A season to forget for him.
P.s I was there and was about to walk out at the offside goal. The fans at the game was expressing their frustration at Rashy quite early. Ten Hag needs to pick things like that up and act. Protect players in different ways. Amad could have been brought on even before the Garna change.

One of the scariest things was how much I noticed the Coventry striker simms involved in nearly every attack they had by occupying players, linking play and running on to things and getting a few shots off whereas there were so many instances I actually had to remind myself that hojlund was playing today and not injured or subbed because he was that invisible. Playing this way just isn't sustainable. This shouldn't be happening against Coventry no matter who's playing.

Try and keep my thoughts to myself, I'm a cov fan and I completely agree with you, Our manager made some great tactical changes to help us get back into the game but overall we shouldn't have been allowed to get back into it. Tag got it right to start with and going 3-0 up in all honesty is about right for the difference in the squads. For neutrals watching it would have been an amazing game to watch. We have suffered through the hand of SISU and were nearly collapsed as a team. We have managed to rebuild again and I'm hoping Sir Ratcliffe can do the same for you 🙏🏻

Now, yes most of the things you said about our players are bang on. It was a very embarrassing win. But I remember you were the one who said to stick by the manager for the next 2 seasons no matter what, when this manager first came in. The defenders are not up par with what the manger wants to do, therefore there’s a gap between the midfield and the defense. He has a plan in almost every game, the players fail to execute it. They can’t even pass a simple ball, the manager may be partly to blame for it but the players are not it man.
I love this club with all my soul and heart, and it’s during the hard times that we need to support the club and not just blame the manager, one single person, for the misery resulted through years and years of collective rot. Everybody supports the club when it’s doing well, but true fans should support it even in the lowest of lows and help our club with positive critics and whole hearted support. We will bounce back brother, let’s all hang in there!

I thought that Casemiro is a decent ball playing defender. I would play Amad on right wing and Garnacho on the left until the end of the season. Clear-out is much needed. Big summer ahead.
Also, regarding that disallowed goal for Coventry. I saw it as it was played that it was offside. One thing is to disallow a regular goal due to some bs, but another thing is to disallow a goal that was scored from an offside position.

The substitutions of Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo led to the collapse but that shouldn't have been with their replacements being Antony and Erikson who are seasoned professionals!
I think Ten hag protect garnacho and mainoo because both of them often become our best player and they are still young, you cant overplay both of them. So senior player come to replace them are normal. The problem is our senior player are really bad, they cant even protect the lead.
If garnacho or mainoo get injured then we are done. Senior player like Eriksen, casemiro, rashford, mctominay, maguire need to look at themselves at the mirror. Why they are senior but they are the bottler while our young player often carry the team.
