Better Call Saul is the prequel to the award-winning series Breaking Bad, set six years before Saul Goodman (Bob Odenkirk) became Walter White's lawyer. When we meet him, the man who will become Saul Goodman is known as Jimmy McGill, a small-time lawyer searching for his destiny, and, more immediately, hustling to make ends meet. Working alongside, and often against, Jimmy is "fixer" Mike Erhmantraut (Jonathan Banks), a beloved character introduced in Breaking Bad. The series will track Jimmy's transformation into Saul Goodman, the man who puts "criminal" in "criminal lawyer."

It’s absolutely adorable, he tempers his attitude because of his grandmother and quietly takes care of things so she doesn’t worry. And I’m positive he’s only there to take care of her, spend time with her and cook for her. All the Salamanca’s really took to heart that family is everything.

If these twins didn't hit the wrong car Saul would have never met the Salamanca family, or would have found out about mike's job and therefore a lot of the events of breaking bad would have probably never happened because of how secretive Gus is.
A whole plane wouldn't have crashed saving hundreds of lives.
Walter would have never grown his drug empire to the level that he did.

One, he wasn't necessarily in charge of the entire salamanca operation at this point... I imagine once he got full control after hector's accident and lalo's disappearance he gradually became more and more powerful as he felt bigger. That's also why I think he reasoned with a fancy lawyer in a suit here, to a younger Tuco the suit appeared to be like a representation of another form of power... and when that representation of power fed into Tuco's power by labeling him as the judge (Saul is absolutely a genius for leveraging Tuco's ego to make him rational) he went with it because he felt more powerful. Saul allowed Tuco to feel more powerful by being fair, and power is what Tuco wants most.

It’s so subtle how Tuco’s entire face changes when one of the twins insults her.

Tuco:Don't call my abuelita "biznatch" again!
    Abuelita:... What did you say?
Tuco:I'm just saying they got to know that they mustn't insult you again
Abuelita:Like they don't already know that? Are you saying they're stupid?
    Tuco:No, I'm just... I'm just saying...
Abuelita:Ok, so you're not staying they're stupid. So, I don't understand. Are you saying that, I'm stupid?

I really like this scene, even with all the other incredible scenes in this show. For some reason I really like when previous characters the audience all knows get to show off in sequels or spinoffs, so when Tuco was listening to to these clowns I was just going “Oh no, don’t do that man, this is Tuco he’s gonna kill you.” And when he finally did beat them up, skillfully and with his grandma’s cane like a badass, I basically cheered and said “Yeaaaah that’s our Tuco! That’s what happens when you mess with him!” It also really helps that this time he’s beating up characters the audience isn’t supposed to like instead of like Jesse lol.
