Basmathi Rice 300 gms( 1 1/2 cup) or regular rice , onion 150 GMs, Tomatoes 150 GMs ,Green chilli 3 no’s ,cinnamon 2 no’s, cardamom 2no, cloves 2nos, bayleaf 2 nos , salt to taste , mint leaves 1/2 bundle , curd 1 cup , chillipowder2 teaspoon, coriander powder 3 teaspoon, veg : cauliflower 1/2 no medium size, carrot 50 GMs beans 50 GMs , Green peas 50 GMs , cashew nuts 10 no’s, oil 1 round spoon
