This comment is saying many Christian women are lacking this when it comes to modesty. They aren’t aware of how they are dressed when their spirit convicts them sometimes. And sometimes it’s just a struggle for Christian women especially in this day and age (generation) where we normalize a lot of sexual desires.

Modest for Christians is to not wear pants. In the Bible it speak on women not to wear men apparel. Just like men don't suppose to wear dresses. Wearing pants in a Church or anywhere else has always been a no no for women. Your skirts should be under the knee
