Dare I say, my favorite home they've toured? I love the consistency of the design pero hindi overbearing. It's masculine but also may feel ng warmth.

Hindi ko maexplain pero yung ganitong design ng interior kahit makalat ka sa bahay maganda pa din tingnan.. unlike yung mga minimal design na konting kalat lang sira na yung look ng bahay

Def my kind of design. The configuration, design, mixture of materials are perfect. Needs a little bit of polishing of details like the preservation off wood materials and doors, it has every bit of potential if nagblend well pati furnitures. More tours like this presello pls!🤍

Not an ordinary house. It's uniqueness and character is definitely worth the price.
I love the house its just that im not a wood person but of i had a chance to buy it, i love the space and the design i can blend it with modern touch. A simple yet it can be elegant to look at inside. This is why i love to watch presello vlogs about houses, u get the idea of a house from materials to designs to whole concept of it. I love the mid-century industrial aesthetics, but it feels tight for a nearly 500 sqm home, Needs some decluttering perhaps. Especially on the second floor. Love, love, love that entry with all the glass and the spiral staircase. As usual, great work Ms. Richards!

The house needs some good amount of renovation. The facade looks like it’s made of wood that has already been worn out by the weather and needs refurbishing. The concept is really good but high-maintenance. The previous owner probably gave up on the tedious cost of maintaining that really rustic feeling wooden facade. Part of me feels like the design may have been conceived with the materials fading or ageing in mind, with all the greenery in mind mukha siyang hidden cabin in the woods.
according to the other realtor who covered this house, the exterior wood cladding is from Finland, so I am expecting it to be some kind of a European oak or larch which doesn't even require any preservative treatment because they're naturally resistant to insects, moisture and rot. That wood can last for 30 years. Siguro treating it once every 2 years is enough. Parang nag pa retouch paint ka lang din ng bahay

House is great but why is there a husky literally chained on the tree? Outside in the tropical weather too? These are winter breeds. Love the Philippines but hate the lack of care for animals. Thats disappointing
in other channel who did the tour of this house, Husky dog was free roaming. Also some of the dog food bowls are inside the house, one right next to the kitchen counter, beside the potted plant, which means dogs are living indoor and free roaming. I'm sure tinali lang nila while recording this video for the safety of the crew. They even have an indoor cat, with cat litter boxes around the house.
