I usually don't like asymmetrical houses and lots, but this one, the architect was able to fully utilitize the spaces properly. Plus the surrounding area is so relaxing. I love it!

The house looks great from the outside, but don't like that they didn't took advantage of the views on some areas. Has to many "pasikot-sikot". Its like a maze. I would get lost in my own house if we live there. The location though, its perfect. I think I'd rather have a big lot and build our dream house to our specifications. 😍

I believe the home has a front yard as opposed to a back yard, because it’s on a corner lot.
The primary bedroom is very spacious!
Ang weird lang nung mirror sa powder room. di siya nakatapat sa lavatory, next yung dishwasher, supposedly next to the sink dapat yan. Yung dishes kasi sa sink nilalagay, so anu yun, bibitbitin mo pa yung mga pinagkainan mo papunta dun sa dishwasher?

Too massive .house is nice and there's only one thing in mind it will take a big maintenance cost to upkeep such house. Need at least 3 househelp to keep it tidy. One of a kind house .
That's an odd place to put the dishwasher. :-) Dishwashers are normally installed beside the sink because dishes need to be rinsed first before putting them in the washer.

TOO BIG
A really large house seems exciting, but in our experience, it may be overwhelming, especially when you're alone yourself.
It seems as though you have completely lost touch with the outside world, and a particular room or region of the house becomes distant and less interesting because you find it difficult to connect with it.
I prefer small houses with huge windows so that natural light may enter, as opposed to LARGE HOUSE..... those tiny little houses that seem enticing constantly and make you feel like you are THE HOUSE ITSELF rather than just a part of it. It gives the impression that you are connected to the outside world, your home, and yourself. IT REALLY FEELS HOME
Next time be prepared to show the rooms. Funny that you cant open some doors and show what's inside..
