I am starting to notice that most modern Philippine homes look more like classy hotel lobbies. It’s sophisticated alright but very cold and intimidating.

As someone who comes from a big family that loves family gatherings, THIS IS MY DREAMHOUSE. 😍😍😍
I agree. It’s a well designed house.
Pero, here are my observations.
Parang kulang siya sa Storage and shelving, especially sa mga bedroom. Parang kailangan ng new owner to buy bookshelves, office desk or study desk, or hire a carpenter customise internal shelves, desks and more
Parang kailangan din ma-improve ang security. Madaling akyatin ang horizontal walls, especially kung mababa lang siya. Maraming glass sa walls. There must be a way to improve security even with glass walls.
Parang kailangan ng shower curtains din.
Sa dami ng walkways around the house, gaano kaya kaliwanag ang mga walkways sa gabi. I didn’t notice a lot of lighting or lamps outside the house. Parang kailangan ata.
Parang kailangan ma-improve ang mga plants and trees around the house.
Maybe refresh the varnish ng mga wood around the house i.e. the wooden seat by the pool.
If you have kids, maybe a pool fence and maybe also a fence around the pond in front of the house.
I wonder if the house is ultimate pet friendly too. Maybe it is but not fully sure.
Finally, mahangin daw sa Antipolo as evident to the video ni Julia na may bumabalabog. Sa dami ng glass walls, double-laminated kaya ang mga ito. Mahal ang 3M Security Glass, pero it’s good in securing buildings as walls. Kapag nababagyo, kailangan bang palaging palitan ang mga banana trees and ferns around the house? Plant more trees.

My God! Walang tapon na area sa bahay. ❤❤❤
If I have this beauty, alam ko na mga gagawin ko sa ibang areas. The area beside the stairs I’d turn that into an altar, pasasalamat sa Maykapal. The game area I’d turn that into a mini gym (but I’ll keep a billiard table instead of a table tennis). Half of the primary room I’d turn it into my office/work corner with a mini library. Everywhere else, the same na!!!
If only I had the money! 😰😰😰

I did not see the Mountain Views or beautiful scenery from any of the bedrooms or even the backyard. The appeal to buying a home in Antipolo is the “view”.
I think Julia is not comfortable for being followed by other guys. Just kidding hehe.. The place is so nice perfect for huge family.
lovely houses but it would be nice to check out enes ylmazer's house tours. they make sure the houses are in pristine condition (some homes that get featured here have the walis & timba still lying around, and pls close the toilet lids!
