Step 1: Power cycle the TV.
Unplug the power cord from the outlet or the wall (whichever is more accessible).
Hold the power button on the side of the TV down for 3-5 seconds.
Plug the TV's power cord back in, and power on the TV.
Some Televisions also have an option to 'Soft Power Cycle' on the menu. To access this press the menu button and choose System =
- Reset & Admin- Soft Power Cycle.

Hi.... Iturned off my TV (PanasonicTX-49GX555) left in s/by when I turned it back on there was no TV Tuner in the source list, cant check for software update or firmware rewrite. TV works fine with other inputs, have you seen this before?

Hi mohd sahib, thanks for your nice query.
The display problem is happening due to faulty lvds cable, port or bad tcon board.
So please open the tv back cover and clean dust inside of tv . Remove the lvds cable and clean the dust by using brush and rubber.
Now recheck if same problem then replace the tcon board.

Can you help me with this. Day before yesterday, I reset my smart hub. After resetting it, when I try to open CZcams or Netflix, it says that the smart hub is updating. It kept on doing that for 2 days so please help me.
Ensure internet connection and sign in smart hub account then retry.

Hi upamali, Thanks for reaching out . Please disconnect all external cables and devices from tv. Keep away any heavy appliances from tv. Open tv back cover and clean all dust inside of the tv, lvds cable and port. Now recheck the issues. If same problem then replace the lvds cable. Any difficulties please let me know.
