Hola muy buenas noches, tengo una complicación y he mirado de todo por youtube, he preguntado a técnicos y he intentado de todo con mi control pero nada ha funcionado y creo que es un problema que a pocos les habrá pasado. Mi tele no deja restablecer la configuración inicial, la opción aparece pero no deja dar click, la contraseña yo la tengo pero es que no deja darle en la opción de restablecer, es como si se hubiera desactivado esa opción y nadie ni siquiera la propia persona que me lo vendió ha podido, he intentado con los botones, presionarlo, hacerlo manualmente y nada, el tele lleva así mucho tiempo quizás ya un año pero pues ahí se juega en el xbox y pues no le tenemos parabólica si no la idea es usarlo con internet y para rematar no tiene la opcion de Wi fi o sea al menos yo lo reinciaría y listo vuelve a coger la opción de Wi Fi e intentar algo más pero no me da la opción ni de restablecerlo y tampoco aparece como en todos los televisores la red, es que como si se le hubiera borrado esas 2 opciones entonces no sé qué más hacer. Tampoco deja cambiarlo del modo hogar al modo tienda, es muy complejo. Esta es la cuenta de mi mamá y habla el hijo así que estaré pendiente y yo puedo pagar o si alguien me contacta y de pronto sepa algo simple que yo no sé lo agradeceré mucho, yo le dejaré mi número como para mandarle fotos y me entiendan mejor o espero al menos alguien me diga mejor compra otro:(. i have X96Q box. my issue is on HDMI / VGA both have screen blinking issue. tried serately through HDMI TO HDMI & HDMI to VGA via HDMI to VGA connector. but problem still not fixed. changed screen resolution as well. never blink on main desktop screen. blinking start during youtube & netflix video play

Hey there. I'd sincerely appreciate it if someone can offer help maybe relating to this unusual situation regarding my LG G2 OLED tv. I returned home yesterday (prior tv was working perfectly I would expect costing nearly $4k) and to my complete suprise the television turns on for nearly a second displaying webOS and then automatically shuts off. I can't seem to find anyone that has experienced this issue on CZcams which concerns me more. If anyone has ever had this problem or knows anything about it or how to fix it I'd sincerly appreciate it.

I have replaced the main, PSU, Tcon boards, cleaned and relanded all connections. The TV 58r6e still has vertical lines however, now the text is legible , but it scrolls for a few secs and then it becomes a wide striped red vertical line. I can see what appears to be movement within the red line . I don't know what to check or do from here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
