I had the same problem, no wifi connection there was no lists of wifi networks showing up. I looked at different videos on CZcams.
I tried somethings like power off or restart etc.. it didn't work.
Until I came across another CZcams video and decided to give it a try.
I opened the back of the TV carefully that is and then I saw, a crimped/ bent up wire and fixed it by pressing it to flatten it out, taking away the crimp .
And then I placed the back cover on and plugged in the TV. And scrolled down to the network and saw, wifi connected.. the only thing I forgot to do was input the password for the network and then it finally worked..
And also I had to unplug the modem and TV for a few seconds , I know it was supposed to be thirty seconds but I couldn't wait.
I had to unplug to refresh because during the movie it paused on me....
It worked for me....
