  • S3E04 My first impressions and review after purchasing this equipment as part of my home physical therapy regimen. An unboxing and assembly sections follow my review.
After sharing this video with HCI Fitness, they agreed to discount viewer purchased equipment by $50.00 if you mention "EarlyRiser50" at time of order with HCI Fitness. That's why you see the "paid promotion" declaration. However, my opinions were in no way influenced by HCI or others.

I suffer from MS and I am looking for an exercise I can do despite being physically weak and unable to stand or walk on a treadmill, this sounds like something that might work

This may be a good fit since your arms and legs share the effort and ther's no impact. It's also very easy to reduce or increase the resistance during your workout. The trickiest part may be mounting and dismounting. Also, I have the seat slid to the closest setting forward, and it just meets my comfort level with feet on pedals. I'm 5'5" with a 29" inseam (for reference). May be worth a call to HCI if your considering a purchase. If you go forward, mention "EarlyRiser50" for a discount. So unfortunate you're battling MS, stay strong, all my best-
