Not familiar with bikes. Just had knee replacement so I hate to spend a large amount on something I may only use for a limited period of time. The issue with the seat/back comfort, I totally get you about the comfort. But are there relatively easy ways to modify seats to improve on that for this model? I'm not a huge guy 6'2" 235. After watching a few of these videos, looks like the $200-$400 units aren't worth considering. Thanks
You get what you pay for, that is 150% true in the fitness world. If you are not sure if you will use it or not, buy a cheaper used bike and see what happens, who know, maybe you will like it and then you can upgrade. The only problem is if you buy a cheap used bike that stinks, then that could ruin biking for you. Whereas a comfortably bike may keep you using it longer.

The Sole is not bad and the 3G Cardio will fit too. Nice part is you don't have to go spending 3k on a bike!

I need to know how to use the computer station I need to know everything it does and how to work it I don’t have the manual you have told us nothing about the computer and exactly what it does and how you could program it and go slow enough so we could take notes and remember itor even snap a picture and write down exactly what it is next to it with a screenshot anything I did not want to review what a bike I already have and that’s why your numbers are so low we want to know how to use the console please
Wut? LOL. No thanks. I don't review programs, I review the equipment. I will help bigger people decide if a piece of equipment can handle their weight. I am not a personal trainer and I don't care about the built in programs. Sorry.
