It's awesome to watch the seemingly impossible get done. The powerful tugs, and the ultra skilled captains, have the ability to be as gentle as lifting a colicky infant out of a crib without waking it. But, boy, once the tugs approach the open sea -- at the end of the channel? -- that indirect towing takes my breath away.
