It’s not a super yacht where everything has to be shining and free of any marks to show that it’s actually used… this is a huge cargo vessels where anchors aren’t meant as decorations and where crew has better to do than painting them each time after used… as soon as they are paid out for the first time, paint on the hull is scraped a bit and that. Goes on and one.

Thank you.North terminal started again on Friday so thought I would film at Westerfield again. Might have some shipspotting vids tomorrow as looks like felixstowe might have some movements.

Thank you.it did cloud over somewhat not long after. Did you hear about the derailment at felixstowe North on Tuesday night.Caused extensive damage to the track so I'm guessing 90% of trains have been cancelled until its fixed.

It's just a shame that all the interesting stuff on this part of the East suffolk lines usually happens after 11pm.I missed 2 class37's with a test train on Thursday night 😧

@@UKShipspottingRailFreightTV Yep, there's always test trains on the Felixstowe line about every 2-3 weeks. Always passes through around midnight though. Too late for me. Occasionally we get a class 153 in the day time. Last summer my friend caught a class 153 test train at Felixstowe station on a strike day. Hopefully will catch one on camera soon. Haven't seen a class 153 in person for years now. Currently uploading my train spotting video from Trimley today.

@TrainsAtTrimley-eastSuffolk think there was a 153 test train on the east suffolk line 2weeks ago but didn't bother to go see it.Will look forward to new vid 😀👍

Wasn't until I got home that I found out I had filmed this before but it was 5yrs ago. I did miss the Sizewell Drs trains at 8am the next morning so that was a bummer.

I like the sound of class66 power ups as well.I missed 2 class37's with a test train last night.It was due at Woodbridge at 23:15 but was 30minutes early and I somehow fell asleep and woke up at midnight 😧
