🔥Spicy, Crispy & Juicy Air Fried Chicken Tenders!

Hey foodies i hope you had a blessed holiday! It’s been a while but my chicken tender recipe is finally perfected! This is honestly the only way i’ll be making my tenders from now on :)
500g Chicken tenders
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chilli flakes
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 ½ cup breadcrumbs, i used paxo golden breadcrumbs!
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dried parsley
Air fry 15 minutes on 200°C
Brush the tenders will olive oil
Check every 5 minutes
