Creamy Chicken Spring Rolls - Perfect Finger Food!
Firstly to all my Muslim subsribers Ramadan Kareem! I hope you have a blessed month :)🤍
But anyway..
So, I was thinking one day.. imagine my creamy chicken pasta but in a spring roll??! Crazy right but of course without the pasta just the creamy chicken goodness. With some recipe testing the creamy chicken spring roll was born :)
‼️ just to let you guys know, I got my inspiration from my creamy chicken pasta. So if you’re familiar with that recipe use the creamy chicken sauce in that recipe to make these spring rolls :) it makes things easier!
Here’s the recipe for the creamy chicken pasta:

Here’s what you’ll need (Makes 40 spring rolls):
750g chicken mince
1 red onion
2 bell peppers (fresh or roasted)
400ml double cream
4 tbsp tomato puree
Desired amount of cheddar cheese
TYJ spring roll pastry sheets (40 pack)
Plain flour and water for the sealing mix
Spices for the chicken:
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 tsp cayenne powder
2 tbsp chilli flakes

I find this noodle pretty good in terms of taste and spiciness is also there but I enjoyed eating this one more than cheese or normal one
A video for others would be ideal. Such a fab recipe. The recipe that caused me to subscribe & is amazing (!) Make it again & again & fam loves it Your leftover rice w/ Broccoli & chicken- So healthy & flavourful. Great meal prep too & perfect in Summer. I add more veggies to mine, if I have them

Made this without the lettuce and added it when just about to eat to keep the crunch. I really enjoyed it but, personally I will probably add less raw onion next time. Work…meetings, onion breath…..🤷
