They take a huge share of donations for their own needs and there are even times that no money makes it to the cause.

Giorgi : MICA-VL, IRIS-T, NASAMS are ALL loaded with air-to-air missiles... These just have shorter range when not launched from a jet fighter at high altitude and 1000km/h or more... You also have ManPADS mounted on helicopters and the Mistral ManPADS has been successfully tested against speedboats, and, guess what? TOW or Javelin anti-tank missiles have been successfully used to... shoot down helicopters (!)

hi brother, thanks for your thoughs on Ukraine and the World.
Thank you Georgijs. Disappointing that there are still fascist supporting politicians in Western Europe. But they are most likely bought by Mordor.
Putin could've stopped at Crimea and lived happily ever after. Instead he's set in motion the slow-collapse of his state and there is no reverse gear. Ukraine has an infinite support backstop now beyond what's visible in the press.
@@BagginsFedorAt the beginning of the War, Ukraine had a larger population than the UK in WW2. According to Denys David, Mobilisation has not been efficient or effective. I expect it to improve and if it doesn't I expect supportive Countries to help out.

@@BagginsFedor Russia dont have infinite people either. but somehow they think they can do a war with Nato.
No matter the outcome of this war, Russia has already destroyed itself, they are at the bottom of the barrel now in terms of reputation with the west and most other "sane" countries. They will not recover from this for another 30-100 years. I bet that Russia as the state we know today, will seize to exist within 10-20+ years. The entire country will be split up between "new countries" mainly parts of Siberia, there is tons of ppl know within Russia, that dont want anything to do with Russia, Just like formet soviet union states like Poland, Lituhania, Estonia, want zero things to do with Russia anymore. Keep standing on Russias side Ivan. Russia is already doomed,
Ukraine has already proven itself over and over again.

I'd rather trust a Dalek. And you know what they're like.
Keep in mind the US has 6,200 M2 Bradley’s in storage. They could give another 250 Bradley’s to Ukraine and not even put a dent in their stocks.
Current deliveries will include 200 latest model upgrades with newest active defense features.
I have no idea why these don't get shipped. Most likely Ukrainians would even help to refurbish them enough to get them moving. No budget problem either, as their budgetary worth is somewhere near that of scrap metal.
US is trying to build a new infantry vehicle. Give tech info to Ukraine and let them build their own with whatever improvememts they can develop.
glennbroc that's what all countries could be doing.
The Americans don’t want the Bradley’s, they say that they are like the A10 tank buster a waste of time. They want to scrap the equipment, it’s Ukraines luck they can have them. Hopefully the government will listen to the air force and give the A10 to Ukraine as well.
I wonder what tune these world leaders would sing when its their country is being invaded. How obtuse.
This is the same issue that Isreal faces with people complaining over how they handle Hamas. It is very easy to force other people to stop securing their people or exercising their rights when you have nothing riding on it yourself. People should try to actually step into the mind of the people who lose their loved ones or have their security threatened at every turn. I'm sure most people would accept 100 random strangers killed over their own family if they had to make a choice.

The Molotov Ribbentrop Pact is the only treaty Russia has honoured, negotiations are futile.
Western aircraft and the pledged equipment must arrive, before there can be a large offensive.
I read that troops were trained for two armoured Brigades, but the pledged equipment did not arrive.
Only because Germany broke it before Russia had a chance.
🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦✌✌🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
Already last year, before the summer counter-offensive, when many were hyping themselves up with expectations and behaving as if Ukrainian defenders were there for their wish fulfillment, rather than for the liberation of their homeland, I kept telling everyone I knew, at home and abroad: Stop with the expectations, stop with the hype. Ukraine doesn't have all the resources it needs - it would need better airspace dominance for an easier counteroffensive - so you can't expect miracles right away. Ukraine needs to go about this methodically. Methodically and slowly. I even quoted the famous axiom from Herbert's Dune: "The slow blade penetrates the shield."
The invaders' built-up frontline defences cannot be penetrated quickly, or easily, or on the cheap. Anyone expecting Ukraine to achieve what much better equipped militaries find tough to achieve even under much more favourable conditions is both kidding themselves and backhandedly insulting Ukraine's effort and sacrifice thus far. If the west seems to have finally woken up to the fact they need to build up their own defensive stockpiles and need to build up Ukrainian stockpiles and supplies as well, I'm hopeful we'll finally leave behind this phase of stupid suggestions about ceasefires, or suggestions about giving Ukraine barely enough materiel to defend itself, and fight "on the cheap" for the rest of the west. No, that will not achieve results, certainly not if Ukraine's allies want to see a proper counteroffensive by Ukraine.
If Ukraine's allies want to see a proper Ukrainian counteroffensive, they need to support the Ukrainian defence industry and Ukrainian defence, until Ukraine has an adequate capability at defending its attacked territory and starting to gradually liberate its occupied territory from the invaders. There will be no successful counteroffensives if Ukraine's allies keep treating Ukraine like some foolish junior partner, when Ukraine clearly isn't that, doesn't want to be that, and wants to be a serious equal partner instead. If the western allies want a serious mutual relationship as allies with Ukraine, they need to immediately stop talking down to Ukraine, and start treating Ukraine as a serious equal. The time for dithering or for token gestures of support is over. It's high time to support Ukraine as much as possible, for Ukraine to be able to do proper counter-offensives to liberate its territory.
That is one of the best comments I have read regarding the counteroffensive
I actually believe Ukraine did extremely well during their last counteroffensive considering they virtually had no air dominance a yank gave the Russians the counteroffensive details and because of the so called allies not providing enough weapons and ammunition when it was needed Russia had all the time they needed to counter the counteroffensive and Russia still lost ground
Absolutely Right.

Ukraine does not give up 1 SQUARE MILLIMETRE OF TERRITORY! PERIOD!
Go to the frontline then
Sound like one of those inbred British Generals in WWI safe 30 miles behind the Front Lines you refused to reposition 300,000 British soldiers stuck on low ground under direct German machine gun fire and German observers fixing enemy positions to the square meter for called-in artillery fire. Almost as bad, the low ground was swampy, rat infested, and where the name "trench foot" originated.
All while the Brit Generals say by a toasty fire and enjoyed hot food and virtue-signaled one another with lines like " The King and I will not allow 1 SQUARE MILLIMETRE OF TERRITORY IN HUN'S HANDS! PERIOD! "Those fools knee deep in mud and other smelly items were told to wash their socks and feet 2X a day. Their own bloody fault!" "Now they are deserting over foot discomfort , and I say shoot the deserters. " HIs Majesty's Army simply never, ever falls back.
HItler failed to learn the lesson at Stalingrad and Moscow in 1942 and lost even more than the 250,000 the idiot Brit generals lost in the swamp trenches.

Yes. Jake Sullivan has been a huge part of the problem from the start. He is an idiot, a naive p*ssy, and/or he has been surreptitiously receiving Russian oligarch money...
The thing itching me most about these calls for ceasefire/truce are that they're always directed towards Ukraine or the west. If these politicians feel a need to get some peace talk blahblah off their chest, they should at least direct their words towards Putin.
Excellent point!
All party's to this conflict should be addressed regarding peace, but Ukraine will only talk "peace" with Russia when Russia have left Ukraine, so Ukraine is out of this, The US is too busy with a upcoming presidential election, so they are out too. Russia have some stated goals from the beginning of the conflict, they have not reach these yet, so they go on, Russia is out too. Not that many left to talk peace.
Excellent and logical analysis! As an American, I wish that sometimes we would talk less and listen more. As you stated, let Ukraine do what it needs to do, in its own time, as long as it takes.
Thank you for aiding in Ukraine’s defence
Thanks Georgie and Slava Ukraine !
I would expect Ukranian to have surplus Bradley crews to already have familiarity with the vehicle, they would have rotated men through them and when their have been losses of Bradley vehicles the crews have survived to fight again.
Only vaguely acceptable peace deal for Ukraine would be:
- Keeps full military capacity.
- Is able to join the EU.
- Is able to join NATO (the peace deal would require a compromise from all NATO members to not veto Ukraine entrance in the organization).
Ideally, Putin's regime collapses and Ukraine gets all the territories back.
I also agree - forget about the offensive. Russia are the agressors, they burden is on them. Ukrainian lives and resources should be spared and just fight smart.
Europe needs to build the muscle to support Ukraine.
Thanks for the continuing updates. It's the long term that counts, and Russia is up against the economic power of western countries while its own economy is relatively pathetic.

Ukraine could had had 100% of their land as it looked like in 1991 if they just had let NATO stay out of Ukraine, they could even had been a pending member of the EU.
No war, no destruction, all they had to do was give up on the freedom to make stupid desertions like inviting NATO, oh shit I forgot, the US staged a coup in Ukraine and then an unconstitutional Ukrainian government invited NATO, it was not the Ukrainian people that invited NATO into Ukraine, it was a US backed minority that screwed things up.

If we listened to the idiots in the media, and Russian appeasement politicians, Ukraine may as well give up the fight. This is where your channel, and others, like Jake Broe's, are important for giving us current and accurate information, rather than media hype and hysteria.
Because the Russians understand how the western media works and tailor the messages to have maximum impact. Also don't care about losses... so they try some moves that might not have any meaning strategically, but helps to push their narrative. Most journalists are complete idiots, they just become megaphone for the Kremlin propaganda.

@@Samuel-hd3cpthe media only reports on stuff that is gonna get them views. Mainstream barely reported on Ukraine for months. But ik for a fact that Jake bro has giving us factual info... @@Samuel-hd3cpI don't read anything like that in his post...
there are definitely concerning facts but here are the biggest undeniable ones:
Russia failed at its strategic aims in week 1.
Russia still cannot manifest anything meaningful beyond what it currently holds in the east.
The West and allies now seem galvanised in support of Ukraine and economically can outfund Russia substantially in terms of military aid.
Ukraine has a manpower issue it would be silly to ignore that, but in spite of that Russia is still not making any meaningful gains.
At this point I would even argue that new recruits in to the Ukrainian armed forces are better trained than their Russian counterparts. That and the addition of technological overmatch will hopefully help counterbalance the personnel disparity.
Glory to you stay strong❤❤
@19:00 I think it was so funny when Zelensky said that he would not attend the "Peace Conference if Russia was invited" and then Russia came out and said they are refusing to attend it, AND THEN, Switzerland landed a backhanded He-man bitch slap to Russia and said, "Well you weren't invited anyway" LMFAO
6:40 those blyat tanks are so weird. those cages dont do jackshit if the drone operator simply attacks the tank's tracks. and the ukrainian drone operators are capable of hitting that precise. what is more of a thorn for drone operators are these signal interceptors.
FPV carried munitions are often not heavy enough to blow off tracks. They use shaped charges for penetration instead. Nets and fencing can prevent the drones from even detonating. In a meta where 7 out of 10 vehicles is destroyed by FPV, it makes perfect sense to harden your mineroller tanks and electronic warfare tanks to the maximum extent against FPV's.
@@user-wv8tm2iv9b i heard of drones being capable of transporting AT mines already.
that being said, 120mm shells are alr strong enough to get rid of tracks. so it's not impossible for better drones at least to carry this much weight (albeit having those better drones on hand is a different matter).
those nets and fences dont matter much if you dont even drive close to them. look at the tracks of those blyat tanks. they are naked and without any protection. easy pickings. it's those god damn jammers that cause problems. but i also heard that ukraine is working hard on it to counter that.
@@Daxter250 Big industrial quadcopter drones can carry AT mines, they weigh over 10 kg. FPV's are 10 inch diameter max so far and can carry a kilogram or two on average, maybe double that if you use double propellers, distributed between batteries for range and explosives.
120mm mortar shells also weigh well over 10kg, that's Baba Yaga territory.
I do believe someone should design a 12 or 14 inch kamikaze FPV frame specifically to carry AT mines, simply because there's so damn many of them. You would never run out of AT FPV ammo.

Expecting combined arms manoeuvre on land without all the elements was unfair of the west, yet Ukraine continues to perform miracles ❤️💛💙🇺🇦🇬🇧❤️
Maybe we should write to jake sullivan and tell him to stop fearing putin.
While I agree they will only get one shot at defeating russia, it’s not true to say they had a shot at it in 2023. They were not given half the equipment they were promised and got no aircraft at all. They were expected to pull a rabbit out of a hat, but were not given the hat much less the rabbit, or the magic wand.
Expecting a NATO style battle plan, without the NATO style equipment is delusional. What happened last year was a resounding success, given the circumstances they were dropped in.
Imagine how much better they could have done, if everyone had followed through on their promises.
This time around, hopefully we’ll be more reliable, the Americans won’t get cold feet again, as their election looms, and the Ukrainians will be better prepared for being let down unexpectedly.
So they’ll make achievable promises, based on worst case scenario delivery rates, which they’ll then exceed, when things go better.
Setting the bar low and beating it is a much better look than setting it high and failing. Hopefully they’ve learned that lesson.
They’ve already shown they’re capable of far exceeding the reasonable expectations for any given level of preparedness, so if we actually prepare them for victory, they’ll do it, with capacity to spare.
Ukraine really needs more trained officers at the middle command levels (captain, major, colonel). They have expanded their army considerably (around 5-fold), but lack experience operating units larger than the brigade level. I know I will likely get flamed for that statement, but leading at the divisional, brigade or regimental level requires a different skill set to leading at the company level. It is these middle management levels of that enable units to conduct large breakthroughs and keep them supplied.
Ukraine does have this potential. They showed this during the Kharkiv Offensive using mostly Soviet-era equipment. What they need now is more officers trained to conduct that sort of offensive, so if a breakthrough occurs they can exploit it fully and really deliver a bloody nose to Putin.
@@nicholasconder4703constructive criticism should be welcomed. This is what we need to hear. Ukraine's mistakes and how to fix them.
