Makes me laugh thinking people in California playing our old game based on a grim rainy European style. We all dream of surfing lol
Lol sometimes we need a break from the sun! Plus, California is huge. We have beach, snow, deserts, forests, and more. We have something called the "California Double" where you go surfing in the morning and then drive for about 2 hours to go skiing in the afternoon, or vice versa.
We miss the rain
Glad to see the the scenarios and epilogues added into the updated PDFs. Looking forward to reading through it and then thinking about running it as a special event.
Thanks for watching! Hope you enjoy it.
Absolutely love the quality of your Campaign pamphlet/booklet! excellent work!
So cool to see a video on this campaign! I’ve been following along with some posts about it in the mordheim Facebook group
Awesome! Yeah I am excited to get it out there and I am hoping to see people playing it soon. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the content. Awesome stuff man.
Glad you enjoy it! Thanks for watching.
Wow you have really put both time and effort into this, I'm blown away !
So many cool mechanisms, I really like how you made the og scenarios more challenging and rewarding.
A big thank you for doing this!
Hey thanks for watching! Hope the campaign serves you well.
Loving your videos dude.
Would especially like to see an additional warband video going over the rest of the warbands you didn't cover, e.g. orcs & goblins, lizardmen, elves, etc.
I'm curious to know too, what's the limit of a warband? How far can it progress before it can't go any further in a campaign? I guess what I'm asking is, how does a warband continue indefinitely - or does it have an endgame?
Well if you are in an open campaign, the warband can continue as long as you want, I suppose. The only real end game option for a warband in a campaign with no ending is that you retire the band because you either got beat hard and don’t want to try to recover, you get too strong and have no worthy opponents, or you get bored of it and want to start something new. I’ve had players with really high warband ratings have a sort of retirement party where they fight more than one opponent at once. But of you campaign has no set ending, you could play the same warband for years, potentially.
@@GetTabled Thank you for explaining. I have the Mordheim rulebook but wasn't sure if they added something in a White Dwarf issue later on.
As a game designer this really gets my wheels spinning. I think it sounds like it's possible to make a better progression system that has higher level warbands become guilds that you can send warbands out from. This way you can't get too powerful for a battle. Worst case scenario you have strong models that reduce the size of the warband you field, like they're your 'A-Team' or your power rangers who are fighting against a bigger but weaker crew.
@@GetTabled This would allow for bigger guilds to have a campaign where they fight for control of the city through a series of skirmishes.
Absolutely awesome work. You are a credit to the community!
Thanks so much! I love making Mordheim stuff and seeing the responses of the players.
Looks really cool, would like to write one myself.
Please do! We need more fan made content!
You love to see it. Will have to see if we can somehow to a part integration of this into our map campaign half way in. Maybe some of the scenarios, working on temple of Morr building atm so the ghost or zombie ones could work well
That sounds like an awesome idea. maybe you can use the scenarios for the specific locations on the Mordheim map. Thanks for watching.
This is excellent work and really well done. Will def be downloading and seeing if we can have a go.
Have fun! Thanks for watching!
This looks awesome, gonna try it once i get into the game
Hope it all goes well! It is a fun game, for sure. Thanks for watching.
Great video. Thank you for making this and covering this game. It’s new to me and totally stoked to design 3D printable terrain for it and play.
I'd love for more designers to make more terrain for Mordheim! I am thinking about making a video that goes into what makes a terrain piece good for Mordheim.
@@GetTabled that is a great idea for a video. Looking forward seeing it when you make it. My first video is going to be Streets and alleys. I’m still in process of printing them. Once done, should be in a couple of days. I will then either do city walls or dive right away with buildings.
@@Slurgical_3D_Terrain_Channel Awesome. I'd love to see them.
Nice, this looks awesome. I wonder how people would adept the narrative to fit none human warbands, like a skaven grey seer looking to steal death magic from the servants of Morr
I actually included a note from the original campaign that addresses that. It basically says that the players are free to come up with their own narrative reason. You can model your priest to look however you like. Perhaps an eshin sorcerer overheard the humans talking about their plans and they learned the ritual themselves. Or maybe they enslaved a human priest and are forcing him to do their bidding so they can discover more warpstone sources.
Amazing. I'm in.
Enjoy! Hope it all goes well. Thanks for watching.
Seems like a great resource.
I hope you enjoy it. Thanks for watching!
cool stuff...thanks.
Glad you liked it!
Interesting video. Thanks 😊
Thanks for watching! I hope to make more soon.
Nice! Thx
Thanks for watching!
Campaigns can be so great!
But you need the player base .. .
Thank you
This is very true. Thanks for watching!
Love the idea of creators selling D&D style supplements, I imagine it's a legal minefield though. I wonder if it's possible to not breach copyright if you sell a Patreon, and that gives users access to the supplements?
I am not sure about that. I don't mind putting them out for free though.
The priest is cool - can you level him up with experience? If you mentioned in the video I might not have heard or missed it. Thanks for posting the download link (new subscriber here).
Hey thanks for the sub. The priests do not level up like heroes do. You have to bid the most wyrdstone during the ritual of binding. If you win, then you roll on a special chart for them to determine their advancement.
@@GetTabled thanks! I’m all caught up, looking forward to any new videos you do for Mordheim.
For the algorithm.
Actually, you need to put in an entire sentence, at least five words long for the algorithm to count it as anything.
Lol is this actually how it works?
@@GetTabled yeah, so that people can't game the system with spam responses to boost interactions. So saying something like 'I'm writing this for the algorithm' would work, but honestly saying something like 'I enjoy your content and please keep making more' is better for both the algorithm and the content creator.
@@ChoppasSluggasandShootas interesting. What if I say “praise be to the almighty algorithm!” Will that work?
@@GetTabled probably since it's over 5 words
Is there a scene for mordheim in california? I am in los angeles i dont know anyone who plays.
Send me an email at gettabledtyler@gmail.com and I will send you a link to our Discord server. We have tons of players in LA, OC, and SD.
@@GetTabled Thanks, i sent an email.
I appreciate the files, but can we purchase it in print somewhere?
Unfortunately all I can do is put the files up for download. There is no way I would be able to sell this. Thanks for watching.
Hello, I finished the Spanish translation. Please provide me an e-mail address to send you the link. Thank you very much! 😁
