Awe thanks for sharing. Being vegan I eat a ton of beans I make black beans pretty much the same way I also use onions, garlic, parsley and 2” of ginger, vegan butter, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and scotch bonnet pepper. I also make quinoa using the same ingredients with corn and omg so delicious. I make hamburgers using black beans as well. I will make black beans with coconut milk next time. Thank you 🙏🏼 💕

Bonjour Miss Debbie! My son and I love black beans. I make mines from scratch with added bell peppers and carrots. We have it as a side dish if I make white, yellow or pumpkin rice on a Sunday. It's also delicious as a rice n peas. It's also one of the healthiest beans to consume. Bon appetit!

fi those a try move weh from white rice try cauliflower rice its litterally the best replacement for starch rice and yuh can mek any rice dish with it all yuh haffi do is of course wash the cauliflower then bruk e up and pulse inna di food processor ar chop fine by hand and works marvelously trust mi
