I just love how you present things. No judgement, just clear concise information.
As you were talking about the different things we can do to age proof our bodies, I was mentally ticking off all the ones that I get .........from gardening. Glad to see I'm on the right track. Bending to weed, stretching to reach things, and also carrying heavy watering cans and bags of soil. Hooray! I'd love another couple decades of doing that.
Thanks again for all the great info

I'm 53 and do weight training and cardio 3 to 4 times a week. As soon as my father retired years ago and he did nothing for his body and today he's 81 and frail. I don't want to end up like this.

What a great video! I appreciate the points that you picked out. I’m 67 and three months ago I joined my local gym. My intent was to go there an exercise but when I found out they had an indoor pool and water aerobic classes I was ecstatic! Because I’m still working full-time it’s hard for me to get to their classes however, I have located several CZcams videos of a great water aerobics workout. My favorite is one for almost 40 minutes. I have to say, people that think water aerobics is not exercising have never done it! I’m exhausted by the time I get out of there! But that exhaustion has made me more flexible. The exercises include jumping jacks, squats, toning, simulating cross country skiing, to name a few. To do that on dry land would simply be exhausting. I just need to get in there and do that at least twice a week instead of just once or twice when I can.

Thoughtful suggestions. I'm 79 and live in north-central Florida. I do simple feet and leg exercises in bed before I get up. Do neck and arm stretches in the bathroom before dressing. Walk relatively short distances as often as I am motivated. I do mowing, shrubbery trimming, rose garden care and watering. Each year is getting harder so it sounds like I would benefit from weight training and elastic stretching exercises!

What can I say except thank you Eric, been doing some your excersizes for three weeks now and feeling a walking like I am walking on air. Was a keep fit most of my 72yrs but last two decades was just business and no excersizing. Was a karate instructor for almost 30 yrs but your, simple, approach to my age applicable excersizes is just great!!
Am going to gather the old folks in town and shake them up.
    Life seems worthwhile again.
Keep on sending them pleeease master.

You have been a huge inspiration!! I have switched to eating mostly meat and some vegetables. Zero grains and processed food and cut out sugar, Walking / jogging 2 miles a day or working out and doing exercises you illustrate.
am 62 and was a Prediabetic, had bad acid reflux taking Nexium every day and had eczema. Now I have none of the above!!! And feel like I am 30, I could only do 2 pull ups and today I did 13!!! Please keep up the aw some content!!!

I just came across this video and really like your presentation and information. I am 74 and so stretches every morning first thing. I also have a rebounder trampoline in my living room to remind men to jump on it often. I rotate through different exercise videos each day for variety. Thank you for providing valuable inspiration.

Thanks for another great video. I"m 75, and need to do more, but so far, I'm down 35 pounds in 5 months by eating a plant based diet. I also ride a recumbent trike. Need to get back into weight lifting. I know from past experience that it causes amazing changes.
