    Today in this video you will learn how to make most popular Biriyani “Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biriyani” For many of us Biriyani is not a word, it’s an emotion, I feel hungry when I get to read a word “Biriyani “ My wife and I are mad lovers of Biriyani, she will smile and talk extra sweet when I make Biriyani.
    Biriyani is always special, we never get bored of it. When you make Biriyani make sure you choose right basmati rice which is long grain, old, aromatic. Rice plays a major role in Biriyani.     What is the difference between bydaga chilli and Kashmiri chilli? Both are same or any differences? Pls lemme know. Thanks

      Both are used to give red color to recipes and spice level is mild. I heard that byadgi chilli has a brighter red color over Kashmiri chilli. Byadgi is from Karnataka and has a lot of wrinkles.I hope Chef has a lot more to add.

    Sir Hyderabadis use little sour curds for marination so tomatoes are avoided. You'll can try this sir.
