His camera did no justice to that Octane Red. Not his fault, it’s hard to capture the “glow” of that paint I don’t like red cars, but that Octane Red is awesome outdoors

Riley, you totally are on spot when you stated that front spoiler protectors should be removed! They are bright yellow so you remember to take them off! They are only there to protect the spoiler during shipping, and not meant or designed to stay on. A friend had one come off bounce up and damage his exhaust cutout valve. I hate this trend, it looks stupid and to make it worse people pay $$$ to replace them. Viva La Revolution!
I saw someone else say it deep in the comments but the dealer probably didn't like the fact that you ordered one, backed out and went with a Mustang, and then turned around and asked them if you could review the car you had them build you, therefore making you money off of them and the vehicle. The dealer was probably too nice to tell you how they really felt. It also seemed like they told you that you couldn't say anything bad about the Charger, because everything negative you said, you tried to twist into a positive. Still sad to see you in a Mustang, judging from the comments we would all have loved to see you in a charger. Yes I understand marriage and a house but Dodge content on your channel is what's been paying your bills (partially) for a long time so you could have grown the channel more and have the channel basically pay for the car and everything else. Oh well...

Or even a ZL1 both are solid track cars for the money. You put the three on the drag strip and dodge will be ahead but on a track it's another story. And the drag numbers are closer than you can admit. Dodge makes good looking muscle cars and they make a lot of power yes but there is more to performance than going in a straight line.
I haven't watched an RP Productions video in quite some time so nice to catch up with where he is. I almost bought Dodge Charger Scatpack but held off, went to work overseas and saved for and bought a Charger Hellcat. Hellcat Charger is freaking unbelievable but I still think the Scatpack 392 or SRT 392 are a better value if paying the Hellcat price is a stretch for someone.

No way in hell I would consider buying another scatpack after owning a hellcat... The challenger/charger and mustang have their pros and cons. Looks are subjective. The mustang gt much easier and cheaper to build for big power than the scatpack as the stock 392 does not like boost. Charger obviously way more practical and roomy for a family.
Eco turns the paddle shifters off genius, and I would've got this over the Stang man, grats on the stang but this scat pack is way more practical and better looking!
I give this guy a month before he trades the stang in. I got caught up in the same b.s trying to justify the less expensive car. got rid of my stang in a month and went back to the scat 392 challenger. can't even compare. the stang starts rattling in 2 weeks after you buy it.

@@FatBoi310 technically the challenger is outselling the mustang and Camaro, as of right now, when I had a 12 mustang gt, it had nothing but issues and it wasn't impressive at all to me, didn't feel fast like my dodge does, but also tell me why Ford can't do anything on their own, like the gt is pretty much Mazda, and the gt350 uses a 458 Italia motor with different crankshaft, and the 10 speed they worked on with Chevy, the mt-82s are trash, the 10spds are having issues and they're having motor issues as well, you pay for what you get though, the cheaper it is the more problems you're going to have
im not a mustang guy but they did a good job with that 5.0 liter that is making 480-490 at crank on jet dynos. they downplay it for the 350 since it doesn't make that much more power in the midrange tho the voodoo sounds amazing just needs a 2.9l blower. ford has underrated the coyote in 18-19
To be honest RP, for the price the Charger is ($48k) that's not a bad price. I understand what you're talking about in the reason why you didn't want to get the Charger and instead got the Mustang, but I would have gotten the Charger.
YES you can how get the Harmon Kardon sound system on the SP. In 2018 you could only get that on the Daytona (+~$3000 and +graphics I don't want unless you special order). It's also $400 less on your sticker than the upgrade is for the 18's (1995 vs 1595). Any news on if they fixed the hood latch corrosion problem?

To be honest RP, for the price the Charger is ($48k) that's not a bad price. I understand what you're talking about in the reason why you didn't want to get the Charger and instead got the Mustang, but I would have gotten the Charger.

YES you can how get the Harmon Kardon sound system on the SP. In 2018 you could only get that on the Daytona (+~$3000 and +graphics I don't want unless you special order).
It's also $400 less on your sticker than the upgrade is for the 18's (1995 vs 1595).
