I’m a contractor and I have done different type of build outs and depending on how your ceiling is made of, cutting into the ceiling would definitely be the easiest and most cost effective way to go. Measure and section out what area you need raised and fab a little taller ceiling in that location. Cutting into the concrete foundation is a 50/50 chance you may leave it a little weaker than previously pour and cured. I’m assuming you would be using heavy bends of rebar to pour over once cut and removed. Just my idea but can’t really see from the video. Hope this gives you a better idea of how to go about it. My same thought pattern. Way easier and safer to modify a ceiling than a concrete floor. One is structural and the other isn't. Good luck!

Where did you get the intake? And the catch can? I have the CCV delete kit and had to run the hose back into the Intake due all the smoke
Do they make a ezlynk for the 2021 6.7 because the website says not for 2020
You could lower the foundation for the lift posts but if you want the arms to swing correctly you will have to modify the lift pins on the locks that allow the arms to swing when the arms are in on the floor.... with the base plate of the lift being below grade you will never be able to get the arms low enough to engage the releases with out modifying. Lowering the pad sounds like an easier option than the roof if your already doing concrete work. best of luck sir!!!
Was going to say the same thing and recommend just pouring a whole new pad with no recess if possible. More expensive option most likely.

As a professional construction manager I can tell you that structural steel columns for building framework are routinely recessed below floor level. As long as your footings are big enough to support the anticipated loads, it doesn't matter where they are in relation to floor height. In fact, floors are often poured around the columns after they are erected. Just be aware of the trip hazard of the depressed footings if you don't fill in the holes to floor level.
I would like to know 1/4 mile time and fuel mileage for that beast.

Hi Corey. So I have the CCV retoute kit on my 16 6.7. It’s not deleted or anything yet but really curious as to why I’m getting oil drip and oil residue under the hood as well where the reroute kit comes out of the engine. I have the catch can in there as well..
Oh as well as the gas vapor. It’s pretty bad honestly.
Loved my spe thermostat but it failed in 4 months. Emailed and called. Never got a response back

Hey how about the guys online here that say the ccv re route kit is actually bad for the truck. I don’t remember exactly why but they made a video about. Basically stating it was specifically designed for the ccv filter and etc. I’ll try and find the video but it looks like it’s a ford technician saying this. Something about the siphon effect of the ccv.
Needs a new transmission before 100k? Maybe take your tune out of track mode.
Have Same truck but lariat with 51715 mileage and the transmission is shifting funny the transmission oil is black and your saying just change it and filter and should take care of problem there’s nothing else to do??

The h&s mini Maxx has been discontinued since 2014 thanks to the epa shutting them down and no one really tunes them anymore as it's an obsolete platform.
