It’s gonna be a bit if a process, because you have to do it one by one. I don’t mind, I just set time aside to get it done, but for all the TFSA ones I’m leaving it at the account default setting which is to auto invest.
Thanks for this. I was shook seeing especially my etfs going down. I’m just gonna chill and work on increasing my shareholding when I see too much red on companies and etfs I trust.

Can you please make a video on your Top 10 High divided paying stocks within the JSE?
The truth about this is that, it won’t be accurate, the only accurate video would be Top 10 that paid dividends this year and we would have to wait till the end of the year. I’ve been thinking about a video like this and that’s when I realised that it would actually be misleading.

Crypto can be so nerve racking! Glad you stepped out of that anxiety and invested! Remember crypto is not really one for long holds, so sometimes selling and buying again later is a strategy.

Best is to call them.I deposited money with the intention to buy a certain share but somehow landed into the TFSA account only to realize that a xfer from the TFSA acc to the Equities acc in the app is not possible. I called them & it was sorted out within 30min after providing proof of pmt.

No dividends yet my side! Also Im a new investor, can dividends pay out at any time of the year that a company chooses? Or its only certain points in the year? Like every quarter or something?
Can’t wait for your first confetti moment 🎉 Dividends could be paid every 6 months, 3 months it once a year, but they aren’t always guaranteed.
Some companies pay 2x or 1x at hal year and year end after financial results have been released. When you buy shares also check the financial year end to have an idea when you can expect dividends if it is a dividend paying company.

I'm sorry but I think I need to say this. None of you can beat a global market index consistently, no matter what strategy you use. Stock picking is a bad idea, stock market timing is a bad idea. Professional institutions fail at this. Most people that have found success through strategies like fundamental analysis and timing were just lucky, and Tisa is no exception to this. I'm sure her heart is in the right place, but copying her strategies will probably not replicate her results. For your own good, study modern portfolio theory and it'll all make sense.
