best weighted decline deficit weighted pushup setup i've seen. i think this is one of the most underrated exercises. its like the calesthenics incline smith bench

Dips are awesome, however after some research and with my focus more on aesthetics now, decline weighted pushups are superior. They offer more balanced chest growth. I was doing dips for a long time and my lower chest is meaty, but upper very thin. I think it's normal to have bigger lower pecs since there are just more fibers, however decline pushups with deep stretch can counter it a little bit to make it more well rounded, making a little bit more upper pec shelf.

Agreed. I get a better chest pump/DOMs in all areas of my chest with decline push-ups than dips.
      Probably my favourite chest exercise.

Hi I have a question can I use my dips attachment on my rack or do I have to buy a separate dips station to do this exercise? Thanks in advance.

It depends on what dip attachment you have.
Most dip stands/attachments work fine for this exercise.

I have rogue matador but I can't have as much amplitude as you because my head blocks on the dips attachment like on the comparison video between your setup and that of Fitness FAQ's@@Bullseye_Strength

In your experience, what would you say its the best for front delts?
I did months of only dips, only felt lower chest and triceps, and my front delts grew nothing. Switched to pushups for a month and they started growing.

They are good for front delts, you get a good stretch at the bottom.
