Back in 2022 when btc was at its cycle low, people where saying btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Francine Duguay, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Your guest today is smart, decent, real, I really enjoyed your interaction, you have done it again, I am blown away. Prior to today, I had never heard of this man, you have introduced me to someone I can really understand. I ilke this guy. Thank you, I appreciate what you do. I loved Rick's anecdote about talking to the DC (I assume) representative. They're really like this. He's right.
This interview was pure GOLD.
I always follow what Rick Rule says and advises. Studying what he says and DOES has earned me quite a bit of commodity money, i.e. gold coins. I have also followed his advice on the juniors and the jury is still out on them - but thanks Rick! BTW, I measure gold in houses. After the war here in the UK an average house cost 160 ounces. Today that house will set you back 161 ounces!
Interesting. In that sense housing hasn't gone up much, either that or currencies have been hammered.

A lot of these seasoned podcasters have their spiel and stick to it.
He’s saying that a notable change in sentiment in long term bond markets will advance the cause of gold investors, as long as inflation is the prevalent concern. He has a responsibility as an insider of one of the biggest players in the gold sector to walk a fine line, and not attempt to dissuade his clients.
But I will agree with you if he winds up sounding like he’s reading heavily bowdlerized incantations from a bible of disclaimers.

Rick's recount of his conversation with a member of congress does not surprise me at all unfortunately! I think the government at large along with the vast portion of the public are not looking deep for a real assessment of our situation. Real education of the public is not found in the mass media which is why I turned to outlets such as thoughtful money for a broad and deep look at the current situation.

Next we get a liquidity, collateral, and debt crisis all at the same time. NO, now is not a great time for investing... but in 2 to 3 years it will be.

Yes on the banking. Rick crystallizes what it really means to be an investor/speculator. It's true market wisdom he preaches. I was on board for the gold gold run in the early 2000s. I did well holding gold, and for a short time while picking some gold stocks. However, I gave that money back quickly with my inexperience in the sector. Nowadays, I'm looking at gold as a protector of my savings. Try as I might. I can't understand the allure of cryptocurrencies. There is no way to value them imo and it's all speculation to me. I'll stick with golds track record.
