No offence but why is the direct drive Grom a hundred bucks more than the belt ….when its got less parts and it’s got about 800 watts less power …you’d expect it to be like at least 900bucks instead of 1400….was gonna get one but seems like a rip off

Was also gonna say would be good if you could like choose say the cloud wheels that it came with or another type of wheel instead of the original one it came with and obviously adding or subtracting some cost if they are more or less 🤘🏽

😆😆😆thanks yeah I guess you can’t complain it being an offer price …but my ocd needs to know why the difference lol …can you explain a bit more about the actual differences in wattage and performance of both motors batteries etc ….I mean I have the vortex bamboo dd and it’s great and I don’t know why anyone would choose a board with a lower power offering but I am not yet able to justify the purchase because there is no real solid either videos or explanation of how the GROM performs if you guys maybe did or had someone do bids of actual riding tests with all different scenarios it would give people who are interested that little bit of extra info they need to decide is it right for me …which I’m just not getting for the GROM regardless if it’s an offer price or not …I don’t want to get it and be disappointed that it’s not what I thought it would be …even if we at Ed making comparisons to a better performing board ….to justify the price I spent on the vortex in comparison to it being the same almost as a smaller board with 1kw less performance namely the GROM …I just can’t do it …unless I know that it is just a super freaking amazing board …which I can attest to for the vortex ….ie heaps of rider vids around to watch and awesome reviews but alas none for the GROM .
I’m just looking for a smaller more portable board like the vortex so I can ride which one suits the occasion better …and would be good if it was the same brand but I’m not getting that from the GROM yet .maybe it’s destiny saying just wait till they come out with a new style of smaller board no need to rush ….who knows . But thank you for your reply and I am much appreciative of the generous offers you do have on your store …I’m sure there are many happy customers cruising around on your products myself included .
