What are cloud wheels and when would you use them rather than street or pneumatic wheels?

Cloud wheels simply put are almost a cross between street wheels and pneumatic all terrain tyres. But are still a hard compound and have the benefits of being ideal on street while still offering reasonable ground clearance plus are good for your battery range!
