Do you have tips on stamina improvements? On december 2 we have a local kumite competition and i need to improve my stamina
Practise hitting a bag non stop for 10min straight, then take a1 min break and go for another 10min and so on
Try interval training. Like 30 sec jump rope, 10 sec break and so on for 15 minutes. But make it as intense as possible
