Hey Nat Hearn. I do Taekwondo and I've discovered a hook-kick combination for use in promise sparring. Tell me what you think.
1) Throw a jab at your opponent from southpaw
2) Sweep their lead leg with your lead foot, causing them to lean forward
3) Fire a lead leg hook kick to their face
4) If they move to counter, immediately throw a lead leg sidekick into their ribs

Congrats Nat! Try doing the wall assisted HS with the stomach facing the wall, it will help with balance as you transition to freestanding. Kah-ta though, not cat-a ;-)
