- Heartthrob is a great tangle to embellish. This lesson will show you how to take a plain tangle and embellish and embellish. We will be adding striping, fescu, knightsbridge, flux, zinger and Mooka. Shading with colored pencil and graphite. Lots of fun with this lesson.

I love this pattern, I am much better at curves than lines. Your videos are very inspiring to me but as I live in a village in Scotland UK, I have not met anyone who tangles. I went along to a local art class with some tangles I had done but all they wanted was people to use acrylics or oils and copy pictures. I like watercolour myself. Then I felt insulted by the comment “nobody would hang that on their wall.” Oh? Well I’m off home then to look at my own art. And I never went back. You are a great teacher, thanks a lot for your work and your time..
Please make yourself one and hang it on one of your walls at home, Valerie! I plan to do that very soon.

There are people in the UK who tangle...I'm one of them!!! Trouble is, you say Doodle, Tangle or Zentangle to one of the traditionalists and they're quite prone to having some kind of hissy fit!! Art is expression. It's also YOURS....nothing to do with anyone else. Enjoy what you do. 😊😊😊
