Suggestion: people (like me) want to see something quick, direct, and with no extra "fluff" (not wordy). You are 3:20 in and finally say "let's get started". I'm moving on to other zentangle posts. It's your site & you can do what you want, of course. Me? I'm not looking for "conversational style". I see a Zentangle example I like, and I want to see how it's done -- not wait 3:20 to get started.

Are not the second and third the same? If you repeat it across a larger grid, would they not manifest the same pattern or am I seeing it wrong

Wow! What a nice lesson here. Great job teaching! I am also playing with the alcohol inks but in a different way. I mix up my own colors and refill alcohol markers by using a dropper to squirter the ink into the marker barrel after using a pliers to remove the felt nib. Then reinsert the nib after refilling.

I was just asking another group of Zen friend’s if anybody had heard from you and found out you had done this video two months ago. I have so missed you. Your health is most important and just put out videos when you can. Life certainly just gets in the way of things, we all know that. Since I lost all of my family of my generation this spring with my mother at 102 yrs in January, and my twin brother76 from cancer in May, and my husband in July, I am learning a new normal. I’m having more tangle time but somehow I keep myself more busy than when I was Caregiving all the time. LOL 😂
