Just watched a Bruins game with these guys commentating for the first time. I had to look up if this Jack character has had a stroke. He speaks very slowly with the same cadence as John Wayne or that guy who plays Elaine's boyfriend on Seinfeld. Have a baby aspirin and go to bed.
He takes away from the game, makes me want to slam my head into the wall when I watch. I’m always happy when it’s on ABC so I don’t have to listen to Jack Edward’s.
never been announced but it's pretty clear he has… if you go back to some games he did 2019 and before he was always quick and on it in-game

While he says he hasn't had a stroke, doctors say he has a condition they can't explain or don't understand, as he is fine physically, but yes he has definitely slowed down recently. This has led to the long time haters criticizing him over his now slow speech.
