What makes Swayman so good is he's totally relaxed in his crease. He's able to live in the moment and stay focused no matter how many pucks go past him. He's very robotic in a way and that's what makes him thrive under intense pressure. 🏒🥅😁

I liked Joe but Samsonov was playing a year sooner. Sammy played like a veteran, while Joe needed a year for more development. Bull shit, there was alot of pressure Joe. Boston took a big gamble on Joe. Boston payed a lot of money. (first round pick) He lacked defensive play. Boston knew he wasn’t a good fit for Boston. They gave him time. Didn’t live up to the expectations while in Boston. Also: Over time organizations realized he didn’t play very well in playoffs. Total career: 32 goals, 102 assists and a plus-minus of -36 in 187 games . He was a good player and had his moments but couldn’t sustain anything consistently. I think his best run was in San Jose when he had very good teammates. Good chemistry. 05-06 was his best season. Leader in points. I was shocked he made it this fare in his career. Go Boston!
