Does this cover interfere if you need to do any repairs underneath the dashboard? Ie heater core or other underdash repairs?

If you need to remove you can heat up the piece with a blow dryer or heat gun and soften the silicone adhesive to where the Coverlay® part can be removed. If it is damaged during this process and cannot be reinstalled, then we will waranty the product for you. FMI you can call us at 800-633-7090.
Are you going to ever offer replacement door panels for the 96 gmc jimmy? Tons of s10 chassis vehicles around so I'd imagine there's a market for that.

how about the peace covering the airbag, is it hard plastic ? how this will work in case airbag deployment.
Yes it is hard ABS plastic. This piece is optional if you don't want to install you don't have to. In test we have done, the airbag deploys back toward the windshield and the piece of the airbag goes back toward the windshield as well.

2007 G35 Sedan has the melting dash problem quite bad! Also a bunch of cracking. Lots of these cars got some subpar quality materials. Cannot even clean it or the sticky dash grabs fibers off the cloth. The material has separated and is lifting away on the vertical portions just left and right of the radio/AC controls all the way to the carpet. Those need to be re-adhered before adding anything.
