    Quick fix is make a jumper across the sensor plug. The lower part of the tank is an overflow res only it should not be full.

    Made all the difference. Had to really twist like crazy to break some free. But after rotating, they wiggled right out. Even number 8. Number 1 was my biggest problem. Had to tighten a hose clamp on boot to get enough grip to get it to spin. 1.5 hours, but all good. Thanks

    I have a manual interior door latch. Replaced with a handle with a strengthened handle assembly , screws in the kit would not hold so I drilled through the door and inserted 10x32 bolts using self locking nuts, probably not the best looking but until this handle goes its gonna work for me. The screws and bolts will be reusable for next time. Very poor design by GM made in Taiwan

    I had this issue about a month ago had a local shop replace the pump with all the sensors within a month time it’s doing it again with the same code any suggestions ?

      @@joshmckee8589 make sure that's it's an OEM one, GM or Acdelco part. They run about $1100-1200 just for the part. That's all I can think of, unless you just go a faulty one.

      @@sparkycastillo88 You have to remove the exhaust manifold to get those out, I believe. If there square like the picture above Yes, the same concept. If they are round in the middle then the exhaust manifold has to come off. There's 2 different designs.

    This 65 yr old woman wants to know how to replace the hose. How hard is it to do the bottom side? My hoses appear to be good. So I should leave them alone?

      @@maryann823 There not that hard to get the bottom off. I get them off with a pair of pliers for the clamp, then just cut the hose off with a razor blade. My advice is, if they're not leaking, don't touch them. Thanks for watching, appreciate it.

      I would recommend checking the owners manual, under the scheduled maintenance section. Other than that, I wouldn't/don't touch it.

      @@showmemechanics update just did it. I put 6 in, gonna take it to a shop that has a lift so they can take the bolt out, im doing this on jack stands and can barely fit under the headers, im not going under there at full temp 🙁

    My neighbor has the 2021 2500 HD Silverado and was having the exact same non starting issue. He had the battery replaced and it didn't resolve the issue. We ran across this video, tested out continuity and the 400 amp buss/fusible link had failed. He was able to track down a buss bar at an area Chevy dealership, picked it up, replaced it and he's now up and running. Thanks for making this video, it sure did save him a ton of money and headache.
