What years Chevy express transmission is compatible to 2013 Chevy express?
Is it the same as a 2013 Silverado 1500?
I used this video to swap the trans on my 2011 6.0 service truck but the gear indicator isnt coming up under the gears on the dash and it has no power. Do I need to have it flashed or any ideas why it would be doing that.
Yes, some of them need to be programmed to your trucks ECM.
Did you have to reprogram anything or was it just plug and play?
Plug an play. Due to tcm is not in the transmission.
Is this the same process as a Silverado/Sierra, Tahoe/Yukon 1500 2wd?
Yes, same exact concept, and bolt patterns are the same. Except for the exhaust.
What’s the shop time for r&r?
2wd is about 6 hrs. 4wd is around 8 hrs.
