In this video I assemble my PCP Crosman 2240, this is not a modification or building video but just an assembly video. This was able to push 15.4 grain pellets at up to 690 fps, which is roughly 16 ftlb. This is a nice little plinker and I had tons of fun with this project.
In this video you will see all the inner parts such as the valve, inlet valve hammer etc as well as how the receiver works. This functions perfectly at 1400-2700 PSI, giving about 25 shots in that range.
1000 psi - 540 fps
1500 psi - 624 fps
2000 psi - 668 fps
2200 psi - 677 fps
2400 psi - 665 fps
2550 psi - 623 fps
2700 psi - 630 fps
2860 psi - 535 fps

In this video you'll see how I built a multishoot air rifle. This video shows the building of the trigger and the hammer, but the breech is a Crosman multishot breech. Ive been paying attention to your work, I also love doing this, I am getting a lathe and other things like your set up, I was thinking about 3D printing the body, but then I thought, why not make a mold from hard wood, and pour in high quality polymer beeds and cast a must better body since 3D printing usually cracks and splits eventually. Beautiful work brother. You should keep adding improvements, until you come to a perfect design and style and then you can make it reproduce able and sell them, a license for detuned models are easier to obtain, if you wanted to start small. Just an idea. Im excited to see future works, and possible collaborations, you have lots of potential. Not only with subscribers and views. But becoming a engineer in production for your own blue prints

one more nonsense video. Simply use commercialy available rifling buttons. And if You want to do it this way don't cut off the non-twisted part of the hexkey but use Your lathe to rounden the part of the hexkey so it will fit nicely into the tube and serve as a guide. Furthermore using a hammer to drive Your button through is no good when You intend to create a gas tight rifling (with minimal gas slip) which is necessary to apply enough energy to Your projectile. You will need an hydraulic press. If the hammer method works then the diameter of the button is to slim. And use fat instead of oil.

Do you think you could make a replacement cap for a crosman MK I or MKII that had a threaded center, so a foster fitting could tether the pistol to a tank? There is an old bb pistol called a plainsman 175 that this could work on as well. I would appreciate your feedback😎👌
Possibly but I think co2 guns usually have screw holes in the way which will cause leaks
@@pcpairgunschannelthere are a few Co2 guns that don't use a face seal. Crosman 180 (QB 78) for example. As well as the others I mentioned previously. Those guns pressurize the whole Co2 chamber, hence no face seal. If you can make them, there is a "niche" market for them among affectionadoes like me. There are a lot of the older guns still out there. I would love to hand pump a tank, and skip the Co2. I would probably get a lot of shots.😎👌

im impressed they used m6 for the pinning screws.. ( even if they are set screws) Ive done the same thing with m8 grubs as the amount of steel in the cross section ( the sheer plane ) was sufficient even without a counterbore cap head. judging by the shot string you need more hammer spring to make use of the 3000 psi.. You should be getting 800 fps no issue.

А не фэйк ли это. Нарезка обычно делается на спец приспособлении, здесь же я не видел ничего, что контролирует правильность нарезки канавок. Плюс когда человек резцом не может поймать середину а потом напильником в токарном стачивает металл это наводит на мысли о уровне мастерства .
