Headed up to do CCC bridge to Chippewa Landing again. I have done that trip each year for the past 4 years. Beautiful river and I love the camping.

We do the CCC to Chippewa every year. Love it up there! Did the Buffalo River in Arkansas last year with my wife and it was absolutely amazing! No humans or signs of humans for 3 days.

That's the yellingest camp I've ever seen. Lol While it is possible to use the brazier as a firebox, the size would require almost constant attention feeding fast burning appropriate sticks to sustain enough heat to cook anything substantial. Rather, braziers were designed to shovel embers (braises in French) into for taking into places where open flames and smoke would be prohibitive - such as those tents. The corner protrusions were ideal for setting cups on to keep beverages warm.h

That's a great idea! Lodge makes a 4 in 1 dutch oven tool that's a lid stand, lid lifter, bail lifter, and cook stand that you can put coals under and cook on the upsidedown lid, but it's not needed for that if you flip the pot!

I use lighter fluid IN the chimney....Starts even faster....

I think I would strain the oil through a coffee filter or cheese cloth .but good video all in all the Stanley fry pan is a good pan. The way to tell is try using it on your kitchen stove first it heat well . Did you know you can season a stainless pan to make it more stick free. And if you rub liquid dish soap on the bottom of the pan before you cook on a open the outside of the pan will clean up easier

Right before you get to the M-62 bridge there is a metal foot bridge that replaced the original wooden one that joined the old Lake's farm.

I can’t tell if the guy was thinking he heard Bigfoot calls from the distance . He might be wrong though, because the howling that he’s hearing it’s a pack of wolves . So this means it’s not a Bigfoot , it is a wolf

I bought it but I notice when putting it away that the lid does not clamp properly on the pan. So this one falls off. I bought a second copy and this one also has the lid falling off. Has anyone had the same problem?

My son heard a sound in Lake Arrowhead California last weekend 8/2022, that sounded like this. He said it was loud and erry. He did not hear the noise night before. Who knows what the powers that be are doing? Sounds are heard around the world.
