I go down the Manistee from CCC Bridge to Chippewa Landing for five days over the last weekend in Sept. I might have seen you along the way? I float a pair of 17' Grumman square sterns paired together in a catamaran rig. Cya round!

Wow i miss my Michigan, but the good news is ill be closer come spring when i move from Oregon to Tennessee. I'll be up there as much as possible
Just finished a Baxter Bridge to Red Bridge trip about a week earlier. I don't recommend Hodenpyl Dam Pond in 25mph head winds. ;)

I'm looking into scheduling a trip. Is camping allowed anywhere along the river?
Adam as long as your on national Forrest land yes you can camp anywhere .
