- Come along on our yearly kayak Camping trip up on the Manistee River. Three Days and two night of fun and scenic views. Got to test some new gear and new H10 Ascend kayak. Fun Time, Hope you enjoy.

Cliff Barrett mine track well on the river and was easy to get in and out of on river banks. You love it
So... as a canoe guy, I'm interested to know, did ST keep up with y'all easily or was he faster? Looked like y'all had good current. Also, since he had a canoe did anybody ask him to tote their extra stuff? The eagle was definitely cool!!!
Carolina Chris Outdoors st carried some twisted tea, but other then that everyone carried there own gear. Canoe was slower but moved around great. Normally people get spread out 5-10 min apart grouping up here and there.

How deep is the river most of the way?
L B up and down from shallow to deep.. might be shallow for a few bends then deep, over your head. Fast water then slow.
