The main floor is PHENOMENAL and perfect for entertaining… and it went down hill from there. The rooms are too small. Why did they only utilize 1/2 of 4th floor/rooftop deck? What are all these rooms with no doors?! There is no storage-where do you put your broom, vacuum, Christmas decorations, etc? They want way too much for this condo. This is $375 max.

House needs updating. Get rid of the carpet and miss matched flooring and I don't like the layout of the living room.However it has good bones.

This is a beautiful house. You know me. I hate all that carpeting, but the house has a great layout. Would it be a sin if I told you I would paint all the vanities and kitchen cabinets a different color to remove the cherry wood color. Some may like the cherry wood color. Still in awe over the prices in the Atlanta area. Other areas in the country, you could get a house like this for 200k+

The front of this masterpiece is eye catching as I like the brick , the neighborhood looks like a nice area. The primary suite ,I cannot think of the correct adjective at this moment to describe my thought but definitely spectacular. Unfinished basement no problem because asking price is drastically under price .I was shocked and amazed at the same time but also irritated ( I know way to many emotions at one time ) because I'm still not ready to actually relocate to Georgia yet although the plan is still in place to visit for the purpose of touring properties at the end of this year. The deck is awesome, I like. Now for the backyard I don't see a problem ( I promise I'm wearing my glasses) as I like homes on a hill especially since the backyard is present just need landscaping, I assuming. Also like trees. Area near the home has enough space for a fig tree. Mr. Mitchell , I would have liked if the lake was shown 😅. Is the lake a distances from the home ? This home is being saved to email for future references. I have a question ? What is the area like ( honest answer pkease) ? What is the median income of the area ? Take the carpet off the treads first..The spindles would support the change easily, more progressive. .A good bush hog activity to start in the backyard...

The backyard is a mess, kids can’t play outside because they will either run into the retainer wall or fall over it and crack their head open. On the side of the house it’s sloped so they can’t run or even sit, and under the awning’s over the back door a child would run right into one of the poles guaranteed. It seems to be aimed more towards an adult house or people who don’t want to maintain a yard, it’s really a waste of a house because the inside has space for family but the property doesn’t match. I guess whoever lived there before figured it the hell out, and got the hell out 😂😂😂😂

Loved the showing and the house. I'm about home improvements, so those are easy cosmetic fixes that can be updated. I appreciate the videos and think the situation in the closet with the shelf was a desk. I'm just guessing LOL🤣 space saver, it works. Ok, thanks keep them coming !! By the way, what was the highest price of the homes in that area, if I may ask? Just looking at the appreciation of the property if any improvements are made.
