FMJ, great vid, and STOP worrying about the length of the vid, THE CONTENT is what's important! I'm sure people a potential buyer is more concerned with the look, upkeep, things that would need to be address etc than the length of the vid. I've watch some other vids of houses down there that were well over 30 mins long and enjoyed them. So keep doing your thing, showing these house and take your time to provide us with good documentary lol!

This house has everything you would be looking for, but the few negatives are the stucco, right off busy street and the roof. It would be better to negotiate the price and replace the roof bc that is a sign that you could have some other old stuff you might need to address in the house that need repair or replacement. The pool is already going to cost some money to get going and I would stain the deck.
