This house and outdoor space is amazing!
I love this home
Nice house but not worth $830k. Basement isnât finished and no home improvement. The landscaping was neglected. The bathrooms werenât updated especially the tubs.

People don't want plastic shower walls when looking at luxury homes. Luxury homes should also have no carpeting. This house is huge, but i wouldn't consider it to be luxurious.

While this is a nice home, it's not worth the price. Comparable new construction homes in Waterford Reserve just a few miles away are selling at this price with higher quality materials built by SmithBuilt Communities. Also, pools are nice to have and is a personal touch but do not add value. Most ppl run from properties with pools because they're a liability and require tons of upkeep. For a 3 year home, the new buyer will have their work cut out.

Where the fire pit is, water does not go in that space. Itâs more so for placing chairs to sit around the fire pit.
It's nice house but I wouldn't call it a luxury house. I don't like the placement of the stairs and all that carpet. What is it with those one piece tube and wall unit.

I agree with you. No 800k house should have carpeting. It's a deadly sin at this price point.
I personally dont care for carpet unless in guest bed rooms but with that said, i dont think carpet determines if its luxury or the price. Do you know how many mansions and over million dollar houses have carpet. Some people love the plush feel of carpet.đ â@genew5758

@@FrederickMitchellJR for instance in one of your videos you were showing and the doors slid open or closed which are called pocket doors. You were not sure what they were called. I guess maybe knowing the functionality of the home, an area of the home and the purpose it serves. Thatâs gonna help the buyer.
