Hi Frederick, if a seller sells a home in GA, and didnt disclose water leak and previous water damage in the basement on the disclosure (in hind site they painted over the MOLD/damage & the inspection didnt catch it, is there any legal recourse? Basement leaks when theres heavy rain! Thanks

They was about $230k back then

I don't like this builder (Legacy). They use lower quality building materials.
