I got a 2012 Volvo s80 getting like 17mpg. Fill up is like 65 dollars (93) in my area. It's rough but if you really enjoy the car, at least imo, it's worth it.

Given how shit the new M5 is [fuck you BMW], I'm seriously thinking of replacing my 540d xDrive with a 2023 M5 or M5 Competition [LCI/ F90 Gen]. Given how shit the new BMWs are [God knows which one is worse; XM, 7 Series, 3 Series or the 5 Series], there's little hope BMW would be able to undo these blunders [not happening for another 3-4 years anyways]. And wouldn't be surprised if M5 also becomes an Electric-Shit-Vehicle. All my life [just 25 but still lol], I've wanted to own an M5 [and an RS7 also ngl].

Got myself a 540d xDrive (Sedan) last year, with the optional M Package [I know I know, but I couldn't resist lmao; getting this car was a stretch by itself, couldn't have bought an M5, C or CS by any means, especially in this shit economy, all thanks to Biden]. The first thing I did with my baby was to get it Blacked Out. Wrapped in a really beautiful Black colour, with Jet Black Rims that has more spokes. Also got the M Colours on the Kidney Grille xD.

own a G30 540i, great car, but transmission fluid alone was $900 and rear breaks were over 3k and you have to replace the rotors with the pads because they are matched. The car is not cheap but has had no issue for me.

This particular car is the best good looking car the way it drives and for safety non of the Japanese cars comes close to it people manipulate by Toyota and Lexus but don’t forget they’re copying from German cars German Manufacturers 100 years ahead from all other brands my advise it’s still alright we makes mistakes and we learn from it but for the next time try to buy the original parts and take it to your independent shops who also has knowledge of German cars and experience you will save money time be safe !
