The Bimmercode app can be downloaded from the app store on a phone, and also you need the adapter which plugs into the car's OBD port. Adapter can be purchased here:

Oh yes, forgot to put that! So, there are two things required. The App from the app store on a phone, and also the adapter that plugs into the OBD port in the car. You can get any of these adapters:
