    I fixed mine with intermittent fasting after my ablation failed. This is due to a process called autophagy replacing damaged cells on a longer fast. I was super fit, but I had a sweet tooth and loved carbs.

    Intermittent Fasting does not only have to entail skipping breakfast. I've lost nearly 200 lbs incorporating Intermittent Fasting primarily skipping DINNER. Which actually makes Fasting easier since approx half of your fast happens while you are sleeping, so you don't really notice any hunger pangs.

    I'm seventy, and I've been putzing around looking for a good shoulder workout for months now, with only moderate success. I did this workout the other day and the next day my shoulders were PUMPED and I felt sore in places I never knew I had muscles. It's a great workout and now a part of routine a few times a week.     Man boobs are caused by to much estrogen. Get rid of that with keto or carnivore, stop drinking and they will go away.

    I increased my protein and vegetable intake. Stopped the bread, crackers, and bread sweets. I weigh myself daily to keep me on track. People please share this channel. It’s great advice for people over 40.

    I would not eat Tilapia, it is a 100% farmed fish that live in small areas loaded with feces and bacteria. Instead eat wild caught haddock or cod.

    Really fantastic video which i'm going to do the exercises BUT the old way of less calories in than you burn is old school it depends what those calories are and do IF Intermittent fasting and theses HIT exercises while you're fasting and BAM your definitely gonna lose weight and burn belly fat
