- Today, I’m going to give you the best workout to lose man boobs. This workout is going to combine resistance training and HIIT cardio to help you build muscle and burn more calories during your workout than you will with a traditional resistance training style workout.
Aside from this workout, it is also important to make sure that you are eating at a caloric deficit.
This workout will help you burn fat long after the workout thanks to an EPOC effect. Combine this workout with nutrition, and you will start to see great results with fat loss, while building your chest at the same time.

I’m 63 and I eat only one meal a day cut down alcohol and carbs - and it’s a constant battle, I run and work out and I look good but if I relax it quickly goes down hill. Keep working 😅

It's harder than it looks. Hahahaha. I'm 63 and have let myself go. 30 years ago, I could do 100 pushups in under two minutes. Now I find myself cheating (not going down all the way) and I quit on the declined ones - a broken nose would do nobody any good today. Hahaha. Will go at it again tomorrow though!
So if I do two or three sets, how many calories can I burn? Also, do you think this will help me to be able to get through a test I need to take which is 20 push-ups 20 situps and a mile and a half running 15 minutes for a job.
I’m 6’2 209 and the struggle for me is calories. I had bariatric bypass surgery and now a big calorie day is 1400. So now that I wanna start working with weights to put in some mass but I don’t think I can get into caloric balance.
And not many people in fitness know how to deal with the bariatric side. Do I just pound a couple protein shakes a day to get an extra 400?

Yeah- 49 year old here. I’m pretty frustrated because I’m very lean, about 8% BF, and the LAST place it leaves is the boobs. I eat clean, protein forward with strength training 3-4 times a week. I can do 65 pushups in a minute. I had my testosterone checked and it’s 450. Not high but not dangerously low.
Going to try your techniques to see if it helps.

I got a Rogue Echo bike that I use for conditioning before my grappling comps and those 20/10 (work/rest). The 20 second all out sprints knock the life out of me... It's a love hate relationship when I design my HIIT workouts with that bike!
Agreed brother? My boy Ross Dickerson showed me going back to the basic HIIT 3-4x week. I've been doing 30 sec full out pedaling/30 sec slow pedal for about 15 minutes. It's a killer and honestly Waaaayyyy more effective that I see the sheep walking in the treadmill for 1 hr.
@@brianmendenhall8387 Bro I honestly just laugh at them. I look at the moms out for a jog in the morning and I'm like, if you'd do 15 minutes of resistance HIIT training your tricepts and thighs wouldn't be flapping around like a flag in the wind. I just don't get it...

Yep, mid 50s and low body fat, train hard, but still that mooby layer just on the lower pecs that doesn't seem to go.
Cable chest movement with a deep stretch....you get a full time under tension I do dumbbell presses and flyes too but Eric Janicki has showed me a whole new world on traing with cables/hypertrophy/ deep stretch of the tissue, etc . I definitely recommend checking out his channel as well
It's all body fat percentage. BMI is a good overall goal for the proper weight to be so you don't have man boobs. Working out is just 5% when getting rid of man boobs and 95% is diet.
Exactly, and when you get older it's harder to get your chest looking good again after losing some weight because of stretched out skin.
So what's the best plan? Besides eating more protein and cutting carbs/calories? I'm 53 and don't look horrible but definitely need to loose the beer calories and improve into clean eating.
Don't treat the symptoms of mobieness, treat the cause. If you consume dairy (which is meant for baby cows) you are consuming estrogen which can give you moobs like Dolly Parton! 😂

Flys , lower weight and high reps. Ps. this guy isn't going to answer your questions. Oh, I'm 64 and have shoulder and rotator cuff problems.
Push-ups on knees. Resistance belt chest presses different angles. Dumbbells different angles yoga stretches for chest

I have a torn bicep, (Popeye looking musculature), AND a partially torn rotator cuff in my right arm. I started with very few res doing modified pushups and am now up to 210 every other day, 3 sets of 70 reps. The key is starting gradually and being totally aware of any stress at the critical points.

You lose your man boobs in the kitchen not the gym plain and simple. There isn’t any magic chest exercise that will fix the problem just as doing sit ups won’t make you lose belly fat. There’s no difference between walking off extra calories against working out in a gym . There you go some real world free fitness advice for you 👍

Resistance training, cardio and dieting, meaning eating the proper foods and when to eat the proper foods. And that's it!! Don't try to complicate just so people will watch your channel!!! You're nothing special so get over yourself!
There is no work out that specifically removed fat from a particular area. Fat loss doesn't work like that.

@@brianmendenhall8387 I went on low carb diet a year ago. Lost 20 lbs easily. No, not zero carbs. Around 100g or less. Yes, I avoid processed foods and sugar 100%. On treadmill 30 mins a day. Just started resistance training now as the diet made me skinny. Trust me, I have zero "man boobs" now. I eat lean meats (protein for muscle development). I have increased carbs a bit (good ones, complex) now , with more caloric intake for the muscle building. Hope that helps.
