15 Minute UPPER BODY Workout For Men Over 50 | Dumbbells Only | Circuit Training

  • Today I want to give you a quick 15 minute workout you can do from home using just a set of dumbbells. You don’t even need a bench press. Depending on what dumbbells you’re working with at home, you might need to make some adjustments on rep speed in order to maximize time under tension and get results.
    This is going to be a circuit style workout, and I want you to utilize slow and controlled form.Focus on each rep you do, don’t just rush through it.
    Here are the exercises in this 15 minute upper body workout for men over 50:
    Exercise #1: DUMBBELL FLY TO SQUEEZE PRESS
    Exercise #2: ALTERNATING DUMBBELL BACK ROW
    Exercise #3: STANDING Y-RAISE
    Exercise #4: ZOTTMAN CURLS

    I really appreciate you doing the flys on the floor. I dislocated my right shoulder a few years ago and it pops out easily now. The last thing I need is to go too far on a regular fly and pop it out again. I look forward to doing this workout. Thanks again!

    Looks good I am going to add a couple of these moves into my other stuff. I am 70 now and I remember my first trip to a gym when I was 12 or 13 all plates and bars we have come a long way in training.

    Hi, is there already a lower body workout to alternate this one? Or what lower Body exercise would you as to make it a full body workout?

    I do that variation on the chest often. Can you do the Zottman curls seated on an inclined bench? Or does that change the loading to make it less affective?

    Looks like a poor workout for older people - such strain on the shoulders
